Allograft

Allograft Products

Allograft products, including exosomes, amniotic fluid, and cord blood, provide a unique combination of bioactive substances that increase the healing process in the body. Allograft tissues have been shown to support soft tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and minimize scar tissue formation. These allograft products provide a less invasive alternative to bone marrow aspirate or adipose procedures that are both used for regenerative purposes.

Exosomes

Exosome products are a new acellular treatment option available on the regenerative medicine market and are quickly becoming a popular product selection. Our Exosomes are mesenchymal stem cell derived and do not contain live cells or xenogeneic animal products. They are tiny extra cellular vesicles that are released from mesenchymal stem cells. They are 40-100 nanometers in size and contain lipids, messenger-RNA, micro-RNA, signaling cytokines, and proteins to help create a regenerative response to various treatment therapies. Our exosomes are all donated from healthy mothers after a scheduled cesarean child birth. Our exosomes are anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrotic, cross the “blood-brain barrier,” have minimal risk of clumping, are easy to administer, contain nearly 3 times more growth factor types compared to adult stem cells, and influence the growth of target cells.

Amniotic Fluid

Amniotic Fluid can be used for mild to moderate joint complications to stimulate the regenerative healing process. We have partnered with the University of Utah to create this quality product that provides strong healing capabilities. The amniotic fluid is donated by healthy mothers who have been thoroughly screened and tested. Our amniotic fluid product is rich in cytokines, chemokines, proteins, growth factors, and contains a significant number of exosomes.

Amniotic Fluid + Cord Blood + Cord Tissue

This combination product derived from placental tissues is used to stimulate regenerative healing. This is the first product of its kind to include placental material from membrane, cord tissue, and cord blood. Like the other allograft products, it contains a variety of growth factors, cytokines, hyaluronic acid, and others, to help stimulate the healing processes of the body.

Amniotic Membrane Patches

We have partnered with the University of Utah to provide a highly-concentrated amniotic membrane patch. The amniotic membrane (or amnion) is the innermost layer of the placenta and consists of a thick basement membrane and an avascular stromal matrix. They can be used for nerve wraps, tendon wraps, adhesion barriers, wound care, and to lay over surgical hardware and implants, such as pacemakers, to prevent the surrounding tissue from adhering to the implant with scar tissue. These patches come as a dry graft which, when applied to the wound site, will rehydrate. They are documented to contain collagen and growth factors, are biocompatible, and they reabsorb within the body.

Do More with Allograft Tissues

Allograft products can be used with PRP treatments as well as stem cells to further the regenerative and healing capabilities within the body. Our allograft products provide a simple and less invasive option with ready-to-use regenerative injectates and patches. All our products are donated by healthy donors and are thoroughly screened and tested, and are FDA approved.
