Chief Executive Officer
Jim Rogers specializes in helping companies scale to their maximum potential. He built the first ever licensed and regulated college focused on orthopedic sales education. Medical Sales College (MSC) has 12 campus locations throughout the U.S. and is responsible for education and job placement of thousands of students representing the majority of companies in medical sales. During his tenure at MSC, Rogers also worked in an executive consulting role for multiple major leading device manufacturers. Previous to this venture, Rogers built and managed the direct selling platform for Wright Medical that enabled the company to become a leader in foot and ankle surgery, ultimately being purchased by Stryker for more than $4 billion dollars.
Troy has 20+ years of sales and operational experience in positions of progressive responsibility. He has worked directly with multiple fortune 500 companies, managing large accounts globally. His areas of expertise include Sales Leadership, Talent Development, Brand Management and Strategic Planning.
Troy earned his MBA from the University of Utah, achieved Top Performer awards, President’s Club Awards and most important to him; Talent Development Awards. His greatest professional accomplishments have been developing talent and building strong positive cultures. He’s extremely passionate about regenerative medicine and helping physicians be successful with their businesses to provide exceptional service to their patients.
During his leisure time, Troy loves to spend time with his wife and three kids, coach little league and hunt.
