Capture what Matters from Platelet Poor Plasma
Protein Concentrate is derived from platelet poor plasma (normally discarded with other commercial systems). Once the platelet poor plasma (PPP) is separated from the platelet rich plasma (PRP) with the XCELL system, it can then be passed through a fluid volume reducer to extract more than 75% of the water in the plasma. What is left behind is the concentrated proteins in a small volume of viscous yellow fluid to be used directly at the point of care.
